At Arlina Couture, every piece is crafted with care and undergoes quality checks before dispatch. We aim to ensure that your shopping experience reflects the elegance and excellence our brand stands for. However, if you require a return or exchange, please review the policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- A processing fee of ₹299 will be deducted in case of returns.
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Return Process
- Customers must initiate the return request within 48 hours by contacting our support team with order details.
- Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged (subject to service availability in your area).
- The product will undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
- After successful quality check, the refund will be processed after deducting ₹299 as processing charges.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or altered products
- Products purchased during special promotions or final sale
- Items returned without original tags or showing signs of use
Please Note:
In case of a damaged or incorrect product, customers must share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims without proper video evidence may not be eligible for review.
