Exchange & Return

At Arlina Couture, each garment is crafted with precision and care. In the unlikely event that you need a return or exchange, please review the policy below.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Process to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Mail our support team at support@arlinacouture.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Order ID
  2. Reason for return or exchange
  3. Clear images of the product
  4. Unboxing video (mandatory in case of damaged or incorrect items)

Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged (subject to serviceability).

After the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.

Return Policy (Refunds)

  • A ₹299 processing fee will be deducted from all approved returns.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original mode of payment after deduction.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must share their bank account details for refund processing.
  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
  • Once the returned item clears quality inspection, the exchange item will be dispatched.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized or altered products
  • Items purchased during special sales or marked as Final Sale
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, stains, or missing tags

Please Note:
Arlina Couture reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
All decisions regarding returns and exchanges are final and binding.
